WHEN AND HOW CAN I USE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery.

The courier won’t be able to contact you via phone and will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If unsuccessful, you will need to contact DHL and pick up the parcel yourself.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Delivery within:

  • Italy: 2-3 business days.
  • EU: 2-4 business days.
  • Non-EU countries can take up to 2 weeks.
  • US, Canada, Australia: 5-10 business days.
