Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, so SUFIR will accept returns on purchases, providing the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy. This 14-day period does not include the shipping.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please use our return service for the incorrect items and place a new order for the right ones.

Please be advised that when returning an order, the refund is made to a Bank card or Bank account, using the details provided in the application for a refund.

HOW TO MAKE RETURN?

  1. Write to sufirroma@gmail.com with object ” Return /Exchange № order”.
    Fill in the number of your order containing the item(s) you want to return and describe a reason for return. Please note, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  2. After we confirm the refund, you will receive the return proforma invoice by email. Please print it. Without this step we won’t be able to process your return.
  3. Write ‘RETURNED GOODS — OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’ anywhere on the box/the invoice.
    Remove all other shipping labels from the box.
  4. If your order was delivered by DHL, book your collection with DHL or visit a DHL service point.

If your order was delivered by UPS, book your collection with FedEx or find your nearest FedEx  service point.

The same is for GLS.

Additional Information

  1. 1. Items must be returned unused with all SUFIR tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.*
  2. To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
  3. Please ensure that you arrange your collection with DHL, or if using a drop-off service, ensureit is a registered DHL service point. We cannot be held responsible for any returns made via other postal services.

* Please note that the return of your order is made at your own expense. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How much will it cost me to return a parcel?

At the moment, return costs €12,95 for EU and UK customers.

For customers outside the EU and the UK, including Ukraine and the Baltic States, return costs €25,95.

Please note that we are unable to refund custom fees. We are only able to refund the cost of shipping for EU and UK customers (excluding the Baltic States and Ukraine) if the order was delivered using the standard shipping method and all of the items in the order are returned. In this case, only the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. In all other cases, both the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at sufirroma@gmail.com so we can review the matter.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

As soon as your return has reached our warehouse, we will send you an email. If it has been more than 10 days since you sent it back and you still have not heard from us, please contact Customer Service and we will resolve the issue.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When your return has been received, we will process it as soon as possible. When processing is complete and the refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days before the amount is in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We will issue the refund in the form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly requested something else in your refund request.
